We continue our series through the Gospel according to Matthew-King Jesus. Jesus has another encounter with the Pharisees to begin chapter 12 that revolves around the Sabbath. Jesus is the merciful Lord of the Sabbath who prioritizes compassion, human need, and true rest over rigid legalism.
